AGAIN CHAVEZ??
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. tested positive for marijuana in his post fight drug test. This is bad news for Chavez, especially considering the fact he was just arrested on DUI charges just two weeks before his fight against Marco Antonio Rubio in January.Previously, in 2009 Chavez also tested positive for a banned diuretic which can be used to mask steroids. This could cause his boxing license suspension in Nevada to not allow him the rematch against Sergio Martinez. He also could be fined more than %10 of his purse..Damn Julio, at least party when your'e not in training camp.

Pac Man Lookin for the KO
So not only is Manny Pacquaio looking for the win in his 4th fight against Juan Manuel Marquez, he also feels like he needs a knockout. He wrote it on a piece of paper during a press conference and slid it to his trainer Freddy Roach. After all three of their fights have been controversial. both fighters will be looking to finally put an end to the rivalry. Pacquiao and Marquez fought to a draw in 2004, then Pacquiao won by split decision in 2008 and again by majority decision last year, but Marquez and many fans still believe he won all three fights, while Pacquiao says he clearly won the last two.
Dec. 8th in Las Vegas, we will finally see who is the greater of the two fighters.

Mayweather Released Early?
Floyd Mayweather was released from jail early this Friday morning after only serving 2 out of his 3 month sentence. Now, his lawyers and personal physician are saying his career could be in jeapardy due to the jail food and water not meeting Mayweather's dietary needs, and lack of exercise space in a cramped cell decreased his health and fitness. He didn't complete the sentence because the state of Nevada allows inmates to work off 10 days per month at the jail. A Las Vegas jail administrator and department spokesman said he wasn't required to work. My question is even if he did work, "Doesn't 10 days a month after 2 months equal 20 days?" I think that means he got an extra 10 days taken off for good conduct, while in protective custody. Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa rejected arguments that Mayweather's accommodations were cruel and unusual. The judge ruled June 13 that while Mayweather might not have liked the regimen, he had sufficient space and time for physical activity and the only reason he wasn't eating properly was because he was refusing to eat the meals he was given.

50 To Join TMT
Rapper 50 Cent recently reviewed a promoters license in New York and is also in the process of applying for a license in Nevada. Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson will join TMT " The Money Team" and be promoting Floyd Mayweather when Floyd is released from his jail sentence Aug 3. This could be good for boxing since Floyd looks up to 50. If only we can get 50 to get in Floyd's ear and encourage him to take a fight with a challenge instead of cherry picking he's been doing over the last few years. 50 also took to his twitter account to inform Oscar De La Hoya of Golden Boy Promotions, that although they have been promoting Floyd's last 6 fights, 50 bets they won't be promoting Floyd anymore.
