Mayweather Released Early?

Floyd Mayweather was released from jail early this Friday morning after only serving 2 out of his 3 month sentence. Now, his lawyers and personal physician are saying his career could be in jeapardy due to the jail food and water not meeting Mayweather's dietary needs, and lack of exercise space in a cramped cell decreased his health and fitness. He didn't complete the sentence because the state of Nevada allows inmates to work off 10 days per month at the jail. A Las Vegas jail administrator and department spokesman said he wasn't required to work. My question is even if he did work, "Doesn't 10 days a month after 2 months equal 20 days?" I think that means he got an extra 10 days taken off for good conduct, while in protective custody. Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa rejected arguments that Mayweather's accommodations were cruel and unusual. The judge ruled June 13 that while Mayweather might not have liked the regimen, he had sufficient space and time for physical activity and the only reason he wasn't eating properly was because he was refusing to eat the meals he was given.
